I want my Wii
I’m not much of a console gamer. Especially current generation PS2 games with fast & furious gameplay and dazzling graphics. To tell the truth, I actually felt dizzy and suffered head ache whenever I spent more than 2 mins on my last PS2. Having said that, I want my Wii.
Against conventional thinking, the best loved games on Wii do not boast of super-realistic rendering but maintained the mould (albeit souped up) of the lovable Mario Bros. And I love their wireless control. I swear it will make a good exercise playing their tennis and sports games. That alone is good enough for my lovely-other-half to agree for Wii as the next b’day gift. Wiihee!
So it’s no surprising when Reggie (Nintendo America) proudly proclaim that the average Wii sits on shelf for only half an hour before it got sold. 17 months after launch and Wii is still sold out in North Americ - amazing!
I’m sure there’s one on the shelf of that game-shop in 1U and it’s got my name on it!

[UPDATE]
I got my Wii yesterday! wii..hee…hee And I must admit it’s really cool and have enjoyed playing it so far. Tell you what..nearly missed the Italy vs Holland game as I was busy with the ‘Sims 2 - Castaway’ game. p.s the game was played at 2.45 am
Thanks for the offer Tang - but I got the original English version instead. The extra RM300 was worth it as we all enjoyed playing around with the Wii Channel (i.e Nintendo version of Avatar)
