* the video is funny ** but it makes sense to maintain single-syllable product name tradition.

we’ll have to wait and see how the actual response will be. iPad may be a runaway success like iPod (which, really… spec wise, is not that great) or a whimpering failure like Apple TV.

Apple’s success is built on great usability and not so much on technical superiority. (the Mac’s inferior computing prowess compared to PC has always been overlooked by its followers.) Its target market is not techie crowd but the fashionable ones.

This tablet disappoints me..
It should have:
1. Run on Mac OSX
2. USB ports
3. a webcam
4. built in widescreen format (1080i)
5. and the largest blasphemy of all : NO Flash support

I’ll wait for the competition to show their own tablets..
