According to the International Data Corporation’s (IDC) InfoBrief 2018, a report specifically commissioned by Lenovo, millennials will form more than 50% of the workforce in the Asia Pacific region by the year 2020. This is a new generation of employees that are highly tech savvy, and have need of new technology that can provide them with better performance, security, mobility and flexibility at work.

Thus, in what could be the biggest launch by Lenovo in Q1 2018, if not the year, the Chinese brand revealed a wide range of new products for both the commercial and consumer categories. This includes three refreshed versions for models in the ThinkPad X1 series – the ThinkPad X1 Carbon, ThinkPad X1 Yoga and ThinkPad X1 Tablet. Along with new models to the ThinkPad X, T and L series, Lenovo aims to address those needs.

“We are committed to user-centric transformation. Today’s launch solidifies Lenovo’s continued dedication to innovation through the lens of consumers and changing landscape of technology adoptions,” said Khoo Hung Chuan, General Manager of Lenovo Malaysia and Lenovo Singapore.
