Yesterday, honor announced that their next major smartphone – the honor View10 – will be coming to the Malaysian market very soon. However, it will only be in the hands of those who pre-order them first.
The View10 is honor’s first smartphone that is pre-assembled with the Huawei Kirin 970, a powerful processor that has a built-in NPU (Neural-network Processing Unit) that enables the device to be accustomed to you. It’s capable of learning your user behaviour, so that it can better know and understand you.
Aside from the Kirin 970, it also comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is donned with a 5.99-inch display that has an 18:9 aspect ratio, dubbed the honor Fullview Display. Also, the fingerprint reader can be found on the front of the device this time. On the software side, it runs on the latest EMUI 8.0, which allows you to unlock the device with face recognition, and has AI capabilities with accelerated translating, smart tips and so on to help you in the betterment of your daily tasks.
Camera wise, it comes with a dual rear camera setup of a 20-megapixel monochrome camera, and a 16-megapixel RGB camera. It also has a 13-megapixel front camera for all your selfie needs. Along with the assistance of the phones AI, your pictures will be automatically adjusted to look the best, without requiring you to have the skills of an expert photographer. As for the battery, it is geared with a 3,750 mAh battery that has smart power management and honor supercharge. This combination enables fast charging of the device, allowing you to proceed with your daily routine without hitches.
Pre-orders for the honor View10 starts on the 8th of January, and will be officially made available in Malaysia on the 12th of January. The first 1,000 units that are pre-ordered will come with a special gift package worth RM699, which includes an honor band A2 and a Final Fantasy Redemption Card. As for the price, the honor View10 retails at RM2,099, and comes with two colour variants of Black and Blue.
