NVIDIA has announced the free registration for Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft Pro/Am international tournament, which features Blizzard Entertainments critically acclaimed digital collectible card game is now open at https://esports.geforce.com. Professional and amateur players are able to compete online for their share of the US$25,000 prize pool and earn qualification points for the Hearthstone World Championship. In addition to the prize pool, all pro players and the 16 amateurs who make brackets will receive NVIDIA SHIELD tablets.
Registration remains open till March 19 and the group stage will run from March 26 through May 14. The tournament finals will then be held on May 16 when the top 16 professionals face off against the top 16 amateur players in a best of 5, single elimination bracket playoff.
Premier matches would be streamed via Twitch on www.Twitch.tv/NVIDIA whereby those matches would be shoutcasted by Dan” Frodan” Chou and Marcin “Gnimsh” Filipowicz. Top players also include Cong “Strifecro” Shu, Janne “Savjz” Mikkonen and
