From June to October, across 120 countries and over 750 games played, the main qualifier list of MSI Beat IT 2014 Global, the best e-Sports tournament hosted by the leading gaming brand MSI, has finally been released, with 16 Starcraft II players, and 8 Qualified Dota 2 teams from five continents will battle over a grand total of over US$113,500 (~RM369,930) in Taipei on 1 – 2 November. This event will have renowned anchormen and commentators for live broadcast as well as an invitation by MSI to Lan Chang as the event ambassador to the grand finals open with Dragon Girls. Furthermore, the event will see gaming peripheral partners support, limited surprise grab bags, numerous MSI GAMING product luck draws and giveaways, cosplay and DJ shows, GAMING stars autograph signing event, popular DJ shows and more. Gaming fans are about to make a new wave in Taipei when November comes.

The MSI Beat IT Starcraft II regional qualifiers has come to a close with 14 winners and two invited players coming to compete in the Grand Finals in Taipei. It was a tough weekend in the world of Starcraft II, with new challengers coming to the spotlight while many were forced to withdraw from their path to success. The final two qualifiers for the MSI Beat IT 2014 Global StarCraft II Championship in Korea and SEA has provided the final six players to join the main event, who has to face veterans such as Flash, Huk and Sen in their journey to victory.

On the Dota 2 front, the final eight teams for the MSI Beat IT 2014 Global Dota 2 tournament concluded with Rave defeating MVP Phoenix in the Grand Final of the MSI Beat IT Asia-Pacific Qualifiers and also secured their ticket to Taipei, Taiwan. This tournament will have a grand total of US$113,500 with the Dota 2 tournament being allotted US$44,000 (~RM143,350).
