If you’re a student, or a young adult who’s looking to spend late nights away watching TV shows or online videos, you’re in luck as U Mobile has recently announced a collaboration with YouTube and Tonton to offer a game-changing service: an add-on that allows U Moible customers to watch videos and shows on both YouTube and Tonton for free.

This strategic partnership is in line with U Mobile’s commitment to provide the best-in-class mobile experience to its customers through innovative products and services whilst delving deeper into consumer insights and trends relevant to the industry.

This new add-on is available for all of U Mobile’s customers, be they prepaid, postpaid or even mobile broadband customers, all of them will be able to enjoy watching videos for free from 2:00am to 10:00am from now till 31 December 2014.

As January 2015 comes around, customers can also continue to enjoy this special video streaming add-on by paying an additional RM3.00 a month. All U Mobile customers who subscribe to the telco’s internet plans will also be notified about the promotion via SMS throughout the promotion period.

The introduction of this free data plan for non-stop video streaming is in-line with the company’s recently-announced Vision 2 Million campaign, which is U Mobile’s aim to grow its subscriber base with 2 million new customers by the end of the year.
