The wait is finally over. Nokia has launched the Nokia Lumia 800 and Lumia 710 smartphones in Malaysian shores.
In case you didn’t know, the Lumia phones are a big deal because they’re the first Nokia devices to come out sporting Windows Phone 7, and it’s all part of a long-announced and thriving partnership between Nokia and Microsoft.
The Nokia Lumia 800 prices at RM 1,650, and comes sporting a 3.7-inch AMOLED screen, 1.4GHz processor and an 8-megapixels Carl Zeiss optics camera.
The Nokia Lumia 710, on the other hand, prices at RM999. The screen isn’t AMOLED here, but it sports the same 1.4GHz processor and operating system and should work as nicely as you may expect it to be.
Your favourite telcos (DiGi, Maxis and Celcom) are already having their respective Lumia data plans, so you can check what they have to offer while waiting for our full report to hit on March.
